Yes a few folks out there misuse the word militia when defining themselves and they are what they are. The involved people I have ever known are nothing more then folks, who love their country, maintain the material capacity to defend themselves, their neighbors and their country. They would give you the shirt off their backs and are blue collar, white collar, many are emergency services volunteers and paid professional and yes many are vets. They are not crazed wacko’s looking to blow up the world.

Lets also not forget all the $$ the feds give the states (which they took from us to begin with) with strings attached. The Fed cant make a state do a lot of things but our state leaders have been more then willing to give them power over them by taking their poisonous bribes or threats to withhold funds if "you dont do as told" Carter did it, Reagan did it, Bush 1 did it, Clinton did it, Bush 2 did it and now Obama is doing it.
