Couldn't agree with you more. Our children are currently in college and my husband and I will soon be permanent empty nesters. Love the idea of the home being 1 level as we move to retirement ( we hope!) and that with the multiple guest/bathrooms, we could entertain family and friends without feeling cramped. I think HGTV outdid themselves this year, our favorite one yet!
