I will argue if need be with the wall emphatically telling anyone that Obama does not meet the eligibility requirements because whether Obama, Sr. was or was not legally his father...his father of marriage (whether or not it was legal or not) was the father on record and that father was never a US citizen....and because a bill proposed in 2004 S.2128 to redefine Natural born citizen as it applies to Art.II, Sec.I for the qualifications of the POTUS...never passed leaving that section defined as it was in 1787...never amended....never redefined....and can only mean what it meant in 1787 before the 14th Amendment and before women were allowed to vote...the Definition (though antiquated) is still on the books and means what Vattel meant "the land of the father's is the land of the child"...hence Obama, Sr's land was Kenya and therefore the child's domicil was Kenya...regardless of where Obama, Sr.'s child was born...He was first and foremost a Kenya subject to the throne of England.
But with the above records of Obama, Sr. what makes you believe he was not born in Hawaii?

I think I also saw in the same records somewhere that Obama, Sr. never left Hawaii since 1959 until Obama was like two years old....and also that Obama, Sr. applied for a job in August of 1961.
So what makes anyone think that Obama's mother ever left Hawaii to have a child in Kenya.

How stupid can the PR ppl at Universal be? So according to them those that will vote the idiots in Congress out this fall are stupid and evil. The 14th Amendment describes who can be a citizen but never addresses nor amends the origianl eligibility requirement for POTUS. Many say because he is already elected then there is nothing that can be done. I say that because those that knew that he did not meet this stipulation and pushed it forward anyway are in violation of the Constitution and the power of their office. This violation must be addressed because it sets a prescedence that could seriously jeopardize this nation's security should someone have a dual citizenship with an enemies nation.

Good read. Some thought provoking statements for sure! I agree with most except the anti-war stance. I marched in the Moratorium in DC in 1969 but thru the years I began to see the double sided hyprocrisy on both ends. A government that was drunk on its own power.bedamned the blood of his soldiers/anti-war protesters that spat on soldiers coming home when most went kicking and screaming and had come home from a nightmare while we swayed in peace and love listening to hootenanny songs. This war with radical Muslims use their own people as shields, would think nothing of killing all your loved ones right in front of you. If the sect of Taliban succeed in the borders of Afghanistan intelligent women will be shrouded in burkas again and locked in their homes. We have brought freedom to a land that had lost its freedom. They want War to hasten the End of the World so they would blow the whole planet up if they are not stopped. We are too powerful a nation not to at least attempt to stop them. So that is my stand on War.

I think that the alcohol and tobacco industries should join together with a campaign against lawmakers that are imposing these taxes. Posting a list of those voting for these taxes and when their terms are up and who to vote against. Then each state could have a website with information on these lawmakers so that we can vote them out of office. Only the wealthy whose income is secure will agree to pay these exorbiant prices. It will take food off the table for the blue collar worker trying to afford his vice. It is time for a Boston Tea Party. Same principal ...same difference. Straight party voting is what got us into this mess because it was such a simple form for the voter that never voted before that wanted Obama in office even though they had no idea what the heck he really was going to change....These changes I certainly didn't believe in. Next time I will be more informed before I vote.
