YAWN!! This fly-over was little more than 'okay.'

It was fun for Kinnick-- but obviously the FUN HATERS currently rule football Saturdays.

But honestly-- this fly-over was slow and not too loud. Before the 2004 Outback Bowl, the F15 fly-over was MUCH more loud, much faster, and far lower (we could see the TOPS of that jet's wings!!).

Let this guy retire in peace. Jeez.

But is their an easy/safe way to "dry age" beef at home? I frequently see Andrew extoll the benefits of dry aged meat.

But can a slacker such as myself, without cheesecloth laying around the kitchen who also has teenagers in-and-out of the 'fridge, properly dry age a luxuriously priced cut of good beef?
