@tle1952 According to (Rick Smith) 2010, the mayor awarded this contract to Frew for 6% of $67 Million, which comes out to $4.1 Million. To that end, is much larger than a six figure salary. It sounds like Corbett is returning a favor to his old buddy Frew. I just wonder what Frew gave to Corbett.

Yes Prossers wife works in the cardiology department at St. Lukes AKA Cedar Rapids Hospital. For the remainder of his family: he has two sons and a daughter. One of his son's is a professor for the University of Maryland and his daughter works for the mayor of Minneapolis and his other son works in Iowa City. Why would they live with him? As they are all in their late 20s and early 30s.
