Breitbart.tv : Liberal Star Blogger Ezra Klein: Constitution 'Has No Binding Power on Anything'; Confusing Because

In a reply on page 1 to an anti-teacher rant by tiredofit2012, Taviteh makes a great point. She says, "...don't forget that there are conservative educators out there and they have no support. we desperately need some conservative voices and allies in the public schools..." Well said! When conservatives in the media and politics summarily trash the public schools they fail to acknowledge, let alone appreciate, the presence of many many teachers who are just as conservative as they are!! So while they often find themselves in verbal lunchroom brawls with their leftist colleagues, these teachers also have to look over their right shoulder for the attacks that naively lump them ALL together. They will ask, "Why engage in ground combat with people we work with if we don't even get any air support from those we agree with?" INEVITABLY, THEY END UP JUST AS ANGRY AT THE RIGHT FOR TRASHING THEIR PROFESSION AS THE LEFT FOR TRASHING THEIR POLITICS!! Does the conservative movement want to lose those allies? (not as conservatives, but as politically involved ones!) I surely hope not, because the conservative educator is in a unique position to influence public school policy from within. At the very least, they encourage their students to think with their brains and feel with their hearts instead of the reverse! That reverse process helps to feed the liberal mindset. I sometimes wonder if many conservatives purposely ignore their ideological allies in the public schools so that they can lock the doors on these institutions and "condemn" them as bastions of liberal unanimity! Sadly, they have strayed very far from Ronald Reagan's elegant characterization of the public school teacher as "America's finest" when he began the search for the first private citizen astronaut. That search resulted in the selection of Christa McAuliffe.

Breitbart.com : Swiss franc hits record high vs dollar, euro, pound

Economicwoes, it does state the rate against the dollar, 3rd paragraph. The buck = 0.9374 francs. (Hence the franc = 1.067 dollars.) And as though all that wealth, plus a strong currency, and 3.7% unemployment aren't enough to deal with, they also have to put up with views like the one shown in the photo! Poor Swiss!

Breitbart.com : Clinton urges rich Latin Americans to pay \'fair\' tax share

Every so often she or her Bubba serve up a reminder of how obnoxious another Clinton presidency would have been. Considering what we have now, they probably would have been no worse. But despite her continued ambition to be prez, she still cannot hide her Marxist leanings. And ever the true Marxist, she believes in higher taxes for you and for me, but not for her. What all this says is - this country could not survive an actual comparison!!

Don't expect litigation by states with the most to lose from this monstrosity, like New York and California. They'll be the first to drink the Kool-Aid despite being the hardest hit in Medicare and Medicaid cuts, as well as increases in insurance premiums - already the highest in the country. And those states cannot even enjoy a Nebraska-style "Cornhusker kickback"! Liberals to the core, they'd rather die than admit a mistake.
