What is it about RANDOM DRAWING - that you don't understand?

This is NOT an essay contest - where each entrant writes a missive to convince a panel of judges that they are "worthy" of winning such a marvelous Dream House. This is a RANDOM DRAWING where every entry has the same exact chance of winning (albeit 80million to one) regardless of gender, race, location or financial status. The only requirement is that the winning entry is from someone who doesn't work for one of the SPONSORS. Yes, those same sponsors who donate their goods & services for the TV ADVERTISING they get through the HGTV and HGTV.COM

Unfortunately our jobs aren't transferrable to Stowe - so we'd rent it out in high season (ski & foliage) and enjoy it ourselves - with family & friends in the dorm and in the kitchen - during Mud & Stick Season. The rental income should cover the property taxes, insurance, utilities and property management fees (definitely want the renter to be vetted thru an agency). That means all we have to finance is the federal/state income tax on the "prize" - which is so worth it to have the AMAZING DREAM HOME.

Our cat, Jefferson (a rescue kitty) would love snuggling in for a long winter's nap in The Kitty Dream Home. He loves having a roof over his head, like sleeping under the bed or on a chair tucked under the kitchen table - especially during thunderstorms - so having his own cozy little Dream Home would be purrfect!

Stalking? then head to Stoweflake Resort - that's the building in the background behind those icicle - which are about the same size as the ones we have in Boston right now!

We'll take the title - pay the income tax - and rent out the DH for Ski & Foliage season.
Luxury cabins in Stowe (StoweMtnResort/Stoweflake/TopNotch) go for about $2300/night. I'd look for only weekly rentals - so there is less turnover - but I figure that will cover the property tax & HOA fees. Then we can use our Dream Vacation Home for Mud, Summer & Stick Seasons (which is when we've vacationed in Stowe before, since we don't ski).
