Basically u see your phone on the desktop and u can operate it via a mouse. Try finding that app and installing it if u can. An give some feedback will u? I often try to fix unfixable things and sometimes I come right by pure persistence and stubbornness. Good luck mate! U will basically need to downgrade it to 3.0 then upgrade it to 3.1 via JB.
