from your mouth to gods ears... err i mean DevTeams ears :-) I actually believe they have it already but they are ironing things out. I think they will be releasing a whopper.... But i wish i could tell them “don’t worry i’m quite willing to have it without it being ironed”... lol go boys and girls do ur thing. I’m sure there is a very good reason for the wait...

yaa am keeping an eye on his twitter and IRC ... but ... this could just be another fantasy story.... like the 5th i have read this week... He does not claim to JB 3Gs 3.1 but only able to downgrade to 3.0 (not unlock) but that's great if he can because then i can JB it... anyway keeping thumps crossed (actually all out of thumbs... all used up for DevTeam :-)

I am NO expert at all and this might be a long shot but I remember seeing an app that lets u operate ur iPhone on ur desktop. Basically u see your phone on the desktop and u can operate it via a mouse. Try finding that app and installing it if u can. An give some feedback will u? I often try to fix unfixable things and sometimes I come right by pure persistence and stubbornness. Good luck mate!

Yes u can jailbreak ur iPhone and not unlock as u stated but u need a Mac computer to use Pwnagetool. U will basically need to downgrade it to 3.0 then upgrade it to 3.1 via JB. Also it is still possible to do this even without a Mac but a little harder... there are may websites with tutorials on this just do a little research buddy :-)

Yes u can update to 3.1 that is if u don’t care that u might be forever locked to your carrier and if u willing to wait a bit for the 3Gs JB. And I am assuming u have a 3Gs. If u have a 3G u can jailbreak it already... Hope I’m making sense English not my strong language.... :-)

Go ahead connect it to iTunes. If its not on 3.1 it will not just magically update itself. U have to agree and accept the update before it downloads…. Apple is not THAT mean yet Just don’t agree to any updates yet until u know what u want to do…
