The problem is the municipal water works laborers just can't seem to apply enough PVC cement to the water pipes to hold them together.
On any given day you will see numerous geysers spewing water into the air and the workers with their heads down and their fannies up making a patchwork of the aqueduct.
And so it goes in Latin America.

I can relate to your total experience.
There's nothing like the adrenaline pump of gliding on top of the water at high speed with your favorite girl in tow... what a RUSH!
When we need our jetski fix, we can run to Lake Havasu or Cancun, right? Let's leave Panama "tranquilo" for now.
