Rubbish. Particularized tax "credits" with multiple strings attached are just another avenue of government interference and control. What is needed is an across-the-board rate reduction for companies with revenues under $1M per year.

Obama's proposed 'credits' will prove to be about as meaningful as the derisory tax "cuts" (or rather 'refundable tax credits') in the Porkulus.
