Dow 6550 start on 3/06/09 2:00pm We Invested $91,000

End of Day Value 3/13/09 $102,544 = + $10,550 = 12.72% increase

I took $9,375 to cash today, in case the shorts move in on Monday.

Since the Market is now negative, let's see if the shorts will take the 10 % profit the suckers have put in. Since we all have Taxes coming up, I had to sell to pay mine.

Value 3/12/09 $101,617 = + $10,636 = 11.69% increase

I reduced the stock position 10% overnight and took $9,300 to cash.

Todays Value $101,617 = + $10,636 = 11.69% increase

I sold $9,300 of stock tonight and moved it to cash, 10 % of our profit. I think the shorts will move in soon.

I look at the stock market like a big poker table. There are permanent players who have all the chips. They open up a few seats for the little guys to put their ante in the pot so they can get cleaned out and then the seats open for some new S u c k e r s .

Most advisors say " diversify ". The problem is you usually never make any money as one is going up and one is going down. If you are lucky and you can catch them in the middle you might get your initial investment back.

Overall, I have done the best with CD's. Slow but steady and no fees involved.

Well, I thought the market was ready to break on Friday. I just set it to have some fun with, yeah it's a fantasy, like fantasy ball games, picking the final 4 , fantasy Nascar. I'd like some input on how bloggers would invest the fake investment pool. You see the balance, if you have a tip or something you like to try, speak up.

I have this same portfolio, I'll be taking 10% off the table before the shorts come in tomorrow or friday. Think we ought to do it for the Gretawire Fantasy Portfolio ???
