COL BLAIR here (Rich) it should have also loaded a driver for it. Many hate using the keyboard to play PC games. The controller is just another way to play PC games. Not really that hard to figure out but I am asnwering it. Due to the fact many never knew you could do it.
Your Comment about the games on the App Store first, is not what the topic was. Secondly there are some very good games for .99 all the way up $10.00 you get what you pay for. In the case of the iPhone games I really disagree with you and would love to know what you consider priced to high? I have a few 99 cent games that blow away anything on the PSP. I am wondering why they can't place a "toggle" option to the normal speed or the slow speed. I agree with what you are saying and I am all for Madden to get into the hands of the casual gamer. In the same breath the guys and gals feeling that the team lied or false advertised the online mode have a point. I won't say that the statement regarding online speed was always meant to be set at slow this year. I will say if this was the case someone screwed up. To change it after release and league play has started does give a bad taste all around. I like the guys on the team and know they want the best version of Madden but to change after it's out is going to need a lot of work from the CM and the team to win back those mad. The bottom line would be your last suggestion with an elite setting. This way The team wins and the gamers win.
I would want to work the games. This way I am in the shade and have the chance to sweet talk the girls that walk by. Laugh at the jocks who lose and have fun with my friends. Who knows maybe I would find a great girl.
