By definition, the term "conservative" means that we view things from a more traditional, moderate lens. I was taught to keep matters of sexuality within the confines of my bedroom, and to not flaunt my fantasies and sexual proclivities publicly. A huge segment of the conservative population are Christians, and we view homosexual behavior as sinful. We do not view homosexuals as bad people, but we detest the behavior they submit themselves to engaging in. Just as I, a chronic alcoholic, must refrain from the sin of drinking alcohol, the homosexual must refrain from indulging the perverse desires brought on by his/her condition. It CAN be done, and it should be done. Just as I have not had a drink in 21 years. However, it is of no concern to me should a homosexual choose to indulge their sinful behavior. Just please do not rub my nose in it or expose my grand children to it.
Man am I ever glad I moved away from my home state of California last year. The gays, illegals, gangsters, Hollyweirdos and liberals have befouled what once was the most ideal, beautiful state in our nation. Now it is merely a cess pool inhabited by vermin maggots.
