His Royal Highness Charles Prince of Wales and his wife Camilla Duchess of Cornwall are great representatives of Her Majesty the Queen who is the personification of the Crown which is the pinnacle of our Government as a Constitutional Monarchy. I have just watched the very moving ceremony in St. John's, Newfoundland where they laid a wreath in honour of those who lost their lives in battles fighting with the Newfoundland Regiment which has a long and distinguished history. I have never been to St John's Newfoundland and found their National Memorial a spactacular sculpture. events with the Royal Couple which brings us all closer together. It makes us think of our history and the people who were there in the past and how they shaped this country. I urge people to get out and try to meet the Royal couple if they are in your area, and take your children with you. You will meet and chat to other Canadians while you are waiting, and you will be a part of an historical occasion you will never forget.
