There really shouldn’t be any judgment of what anyone looks like, because beauty is ultimately in the eyes of the beholder and the way each and every person has been created, they have their own gifts and contributions to the earth and long as they know that and start to take that into consideration instead of listening to the nonsense that others have to say, they would be in a better place within themselves. Being a woman is very important, we have the power to continue life and we should be happy for that and embrace it, even if there are people who don’t think that being a woman Is a joy and a wonderful thing, then they don’t have any idea. I love being a woman from the clothes to the shoes to the little quirky things that make me, me. I love getting my hair done and looking in the mirror and feeling pretty in whatever outfit I have decided to wear. Having a period might not b the most fun part of being a woman, but the fact that having a period will enable me to have a child in the future makes those five uncomfortable days all the worth while. This world wouldn’t be the same without woman, so every time think about it, I get happy. Women equal life!
I agree with the fact that all woman are the same, no matter what color or creed, woman are woman, we all have the same distinct features that our creator gave us and we all have roles to play on this earth whether mother or wife or just a good friend. Even though in the media often times the woman that are portrayed as beautiful are slim with big boobs, flat stomachs and clear skin that is not the only types of woman that are out there. The big woman who are not able to be a size 2 or 3 or beautiful in their own right and often times those women are the ones that more beautiful than the model types that we most often see. I think that if woman begin to feel more comfortable and secure in the skin that they have then there would be no complaints or comparison to this person and that person and the world would get the opportunity to see that beautiful comes in all shapes and sizes.
Just even trying to picture and imagine someone really sitting down to create or play this really disturbs me. I think that to create this someone has to have a sick mind, because if they feel that what they are simulating is good and acceptable than something has got to be seriously wrong. There are so many other things that game makers can make into a game, and when the game is so bad that a news reporter isn’t eve allowed to show it on her news broadcast, than that is a very clear indicator that it contains madness and need not be sold. I am sure that there are little kids in Tokyo who probably have played the game and I think that that is sad, what kind of example is this game setting for younger children? Its showing them that it is ok for them to harass and mistreat women and that the end result will be them getting rewarded for their behavior. I really wish that I could have a word with the creator because this is just downright outrageous. I am very sad with this whole thing and I wish that they would reconsider putting this out on the shelves for consumers to buy.
I think that it is very absurd that people have created games that encourage any type of violence against women especially when it comes to rape and things of that nature. When I women has gotten raped or assaulted that is something that they live for the rest of their lives, they are permanently scared and there is nothing that anyone can say or do to make them take away that pain or memory. For these people to even be allowed to manufacture this game, no matter what country they are in, I find it to be very sad. There are just some matters that you don’t touch and joke on and women being raped and assaulted is one of them. I don’t see the humor in making this into a game and would really like to know what satisfaction is given to the makers of this horrible game as well as the people who play it, what do they really get out of it? Is it the fact that they can live out a dream that they may not be able to fulfill in real life by taking advantage of helpless women, or is it just the fact that it gives them the control to do whatever from the confines of their homes without anyone knowing
I am black, and maybe I am a little more nonchalant about things concerning my race than I should be, but I really don’t see the big fuss or feel the need to make a big up roar over it, because black people have to many preferences, some want to be called black, while others want to be called African American. There is never going to be a time when everyone is just content and doesn’t have something to complain about. The people at the census are trying to be as inclusive as possible and they are still catching grief. At the end of the day no matter which one you choose to go by, they all mean the same thing, as long as they don’t put the option of “Nigger” on I don’t really think that all of the fuss is really necessary. When it comes to a touchy subject as race especially in reference to blacks, in my opinion there will never be the right thing to say, because even amongst blacks they have their own sets of feelings on the situation
I’m sure that there is a lot of consideration and thought that goes into the categories that are placed on the census based on the fact alone that they don’t want to offend anyone but they want to make sure that they cover all bases. I feel that African Americans should be happy that they have three choices to choose from that in the end still means the same thing, because other races or groups of people don’t have that, and they are not complaining as much. I feel that there are so many other things that should be of importance rather than an extra category on the census. A census that comes out every 10 years, it’s not even like it is something that is done on a yearly, monthly or weekly bases.
I really think that all of the fuss over the categories that they have on the census is just pointless and makes no sense at all. There will never be a time where everyone will be happy with anything. If they just left African American and left out black people would feel offended, now that they have added Negro people want to be upset, no one will ever be able to win. I understand what they were saying when they said that the word Negro brings African Americans back to the times when they were not allowed to do anything and were treated badly, but on the same token there are people who are older like they said, who all they know and understand is negro and wouldn’t fill out the census if it wasn’t there.
Some guys shouldn’t even be disgusted because there are a few men out there that will have sex with a woman while she is on her period, so if that’s not nastier than just having a period then I don’t know what is. People need to look past the fact that its blood and it may seem nasty, but the over all purpose of it, it something that everyone should be happy about and should be excited for. Even though periods are not the most comfortable thing for females, because of the cramps, the nausea, the back aches and the mood swings and all of the other annoying things when it’s all said and done, they are the beginning of a beautiful cycle of life. Periods are a reminder from God telling reminding woman of the gift that they have and a duty to fulfill on this earth, and even though all woman who have their periods are not able to have children, there is a reason fro everything and there are all new different ways for them to be come a mother sometime in life. Periods are not the devil and should be appreciated
Getting rid of the old and preparing the new for fertilization should not be considered a nasty bad thing. I don’t know if the fact that the blood comes a woman’s vagina is what makes them cringe at the thought, but if that is the case, then when woman have sex and they discharge that should be considered nasty as well, because its coming from the same place and some discharge is actually the vagina cleaning itself and getting rid of bacteria. So I would like to know which is worst. Blood is blood and if it’s nasty coming from the vagina then it should be considered nasty coming from anywhere else on the body.
I too would like to know what is the big deal over “periods.” Maybe it is because I am a female and I have to endure the monthly visit from a not so pleasant friend that I don’t see anything wrong with it, but for people especially men to act like it is the most disgusting thing in the world, I really do not understand. When a woman has her period it is an indicator that she is fertile and able to have children, which is a wonderful thing and something that many people hope to have one day. So without it, having children would probably be Impossible, and the fact that all a period is, is the removal of all of the woman’s unused eggs over the course of that month, makes me even more curious as to why it’s considered a bad thing.
