I'm not gay, LD. I take exception to hate speech, that's all. There are many posters on these boards whose opinions I do not share.

However, when someone calls for 'biblical justice' for a group of people - a euphemism that we all understand - any right-minded people would denounce that man. It is enshrined in law.

"Three men convicted in first prosecution for stirring up hatred on grounds of sexual orientation "

"A landmark case has today seen three men convicted of stirring up hatred against the gay community by distributing leaflets calling for the death of homosexuals.

The case, at Derby Crown Court, is the first of its kind in British legal history, and demonstrates the CPS's determination to take on challenging and ground breaking cases.

Sue Hemming, head of the CPS Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division, said: "A court has heard for the first time from witnesses how they felt, as gay men, when they read a leaflet calling for the death penalty for homosexuals.

"The leaflet, which led to this prosecution, showed a manikin hanging from a noose and said gay people were destined to go to hell. The jury was told by one witness that he felt he was being targeted and he feared he would be burned.

"Everyone has a right to be protected by the law and we regard homophobic crimes, along with all hate crimes, as particularly serious because they undermine people's right to feel safe.

"While people are entitled to hold extreme opinions which others may find unpleasant and obnoxious, they are not entitled to distribute those opinions in a threatening manner intending to stir up hatred against gay people.

"This case was not about curtailing people's religious views or preventing them from educating others about those views; it was that any such views should be expressed in a lawful manner and not incite others to hatred."

It has been an offence to stir up hatred on the grounds of sexual orientation since the law was amended by the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008, which came into force in 2010. "

The poster 'LondonDerrry' has called for 'biblical justice' for homosexuals, and has clearly implied on several occasions that homosexuals have a predilection toward child abuse. I have made copies of the offending pages, as published by this website.

Despite my making several requests that this website curtail the man's posting of hate speech, this website has chosen to instead publish his comments.

You were asked a straight question. You cannot answer it in a straight fashion. You are evasive & cunning. These are not the attributes I would normally associate with a servant of God. You must serve someone else.

Golfie, GC: If the Telegraph will not censor LD, but instead chooses to tacitly support him, then there are plenty of organisations that will be only too happy to bring pressure to bear on the Independent News Group in regard to their publication of hate speech in the pursuit of online revenue.

I for one am going to be making calls in the morning. I shall not let this go.

Just to be clear: this is the organisation that LD supports:

The Family Resource Council:

In the Winter 2010 issue of its magazine, Intelligence Report, the Southern Poverty Law Center designated the FRC as a hate group,[27][28] saying that the organization "pushed false accusations linking gay men to pedophilia."[29] FRC President Tony Perkins dismissed the hate group designation as a political attack on the FRC by a "liberal organization" and as part of "the left's smear campaign of conservatives."[28] On December 15, 2010 the FRC ran an open letter advertisement in two Washington, D. C. newspapers disputing the SPLC's action. A section of the letter supporting the FRC and certain other organizations designated as hate groups by the SPLC had signers which included twenty members of the House of Representatives (including then soon-to-be Speaker John Boehner), three U.S. Senators, four state Governors, and one state Attorney General.[30][31]

You coward. You imply your wicked thoughts, but you don't have the nerve to voice them clearly, as you know they are simply lies that suit your purpose and will horrify right-minded people.

You prefer to insinuate, imply; to creep around the issue spitting little lies.

What a devious little snake you are.

He lives in Australia. The reason why he won't post this bile in his homeland is that he would be arrested. So he posts it to a newspaper on the opposite side of the globe.

Come on. Speak your mind. Don't twist like a snake. Don't simply imply. Have the courage of your convictions.
