Only a small number of so called "African Americans" have sports scholarships. If blacks were so intellectually inferior it would mean that someone black and educated would be rare. However, it is not uncommon to see a black doctor, lawyer, teacher, or accountant (just to name a few). I will agree culture and economics do play an important role. Even white children struggle when these factors are in place.
