I recently was rubbed the wrong way b/c the nursery ministry I run at church has been going through a lot of changes. All good mostly. But I felt hurt that what I had been doing wasn't good enough. But like you said..."we're never going to do it perfectly." And I clearly hadn't. God has given me the opportunity to work at refining the nursery ministry.....I should try harder to do so with a merry heart.
