What does the constitution say Navidog? Because most people have no idea what it actually says. Can you give some specific examples of actions that an officer might take to align it with the constitution/

I help you get started The consttitution only talks about how our government will be formed and operated.
It make NO mention of any citizen rights. That would be the Bill of Rights a totally seperate document that was created after the constitution.

Actually the constitution doesn't say that at all. The costitution only deals with how our government will form and operate. Only the Bill of Rights, deals with an individule rights.

Of course there is nothing in the constitution about name calling. A person who is as smart as you want to think you are, knows that constitution lays out the frame work for how our government is formed and operated.
The Bill of Rights is what you meant to say right?
No you won't find it there. But we have laws that aren't written in the Bill of Rights, some of those laws make racial discrimination illegal. Now I don't think anybody would have a problem with officers swearing at people, it happens all the time. The problem arises when they start using racial insults, thereby subject somebody to racial discrimination.
Which as I have already explained is against the law

This is hilarious, I got five thumbs down for pointing that the Boston Tea Party was a protest. No taxation with out representation, that's what they were protesting.

Ok, so we all agree there are several good cops out there.... Are we talking about just in the SPD, 1,820? maybe the state or in the US? Also, how many is several? it has to be less than a dozen or you would have said a dozen or dozens, more than four that would be a few.

Not all protestors burn flags, loot and smash windows. Frankly, if they want to buy a flag and set it on fire, bfd.
If flag burning was really this monster evil, why dont they make flags out of flame retardent material. If all protestor are horrible, I bet you hate those guys from the Boston tea party. One could make the arguement that the revolutionary war was a protest, a violent protest at that. Do you think those protestors are dirt bags? Our country was founded off the backs of protestors. Protestor are the true patriots. People, a grass roots effort to invict change.
