I\'ve gotten a lot of flak behind this post, doc. ;-) You know the lore better than I do, but I stand by my opinion. This movie could\'ve, and should\'ve, been a lot more.

First, no, I haven't read the books, although I've been told that if I had, I would've been disappointed even more. Second, they shouldn't show scenes from one movie if those scenes are not going to BE in that movie. Third, yes I am, but no it wasn't! Don't know about the book, but I've started reading it, so there! The movie could've been so much better! Looking forward to the second one!

Amen. I haven't practiced it extensively, but I enjoy the sensation of something flowing through you as you rehearse it. Learning it had an offensive application was amazing.
