At least if you had your own avatar, the jacker wont be able to keep posting comments under your name without people knowing that it is not you, that's all I'm saying.

I think you can register a name someone else is using, my name has been jacked and it is registered, however the jacker was still able to post comments under my name. Only thing is, he/she does not have my photo/avatar so people can tell it is not really me.
