Hello, thanks for telling us about the new videos. I loved them, but they were a bit fast! Guess I just want to be there to do my own slow "walk around"! I have a few questions about the house that I hope you can help me with. Do you know what type of central heat/air the house has? Do you have a 'guestimate' of what the initial taxes are on winning this house? (I'm afraid most of that $500k is going to go for those taxes!). My last question is about the outdoor furniture - does it need protection from the sun in the summer, and the rain/snow in winter? Thanks for your helpful comments.
