Yes go ahead and read the T3CH Production DBR, it goes into "reverse engineering" which is t3 invention. Basically you find the "BPC," which is an ancient relic, for t3 invention through archeology

Update on answers:

CCP Chronotis
The answer some specific questions here:

Will the component and subsystem/hull blueprints all be copies?

Yes, component blueprints are found in the profession sites so will be in constant demand. The subsystem and hull blueprints are reverse engineered from ancient relics. The polymer reactions however are seeded on the market along with the necessary structures.

With the focus on gas cloud harvesting and mini professions - will it get some love?

Yes, some minor changes are happening in Apocrypha. The gas cloud harvester blueprint will be seeded on the market and in addition the Tech II versions of the salvager, codebreaker, analyzer and gas cloud harvester have been added and can be invented.

In the future beyond Apocrypha 1.0, we are looking at the gas cloud harvesting mechanic, possibly repurposing the procurer to have a gas cloud harvesting bonus and the current bonus of the gas cloud harvesting skill.

I'd just tell the story and use fake names, if its a good story then it should be told

That is certainly to be seen I believe. It really depends on who picks GS picks as enemies I think. Also the void now in Delve is going to play a huge part in the future of EVE's alliance history, who's gonna take over that space? Will the Goons? It seems to me the Goons just wanted to see BoB destroyed rather then to own Delve. Something much more interesting as well, The low sec Dypro moons are likely to come under attack now that BoB is in chaos but if BoB can manage to hold on to those (such as the one in Black Rise) They could potentially have the isk flow to reform and put up a fight.

I admittedly don't know much about alliance mechanics since I've never been a full director in the executor corp. I've been told there's a bug with the mail or something similar but since everyone has mentioned it's hardly a big deal I haven't bothered looking into to it any further.

I'm inclined to agree I go into analysis of the known information on my blog, but an alliance thats been in the game for YEARS should have the payment of bills handled no problem. I did forget to mention one possibility that some tinfoil hat enthusiasts are indulging and it is that this is some kind of bug with the bill that disbanded the alliance. First there's no evidence for that theory. Second it seems like there wouldn't have been an update that would've affected that mechanic in any way. And if some how there is this bug, it just happens to hit one of the oldest and most influential alliances in the game? I find that highly doubtful.

I think is a great start to a new column. EVE Tribune has practically stopped their coverage of alliance warfare and anyone thats every read the COAD forums knows how useless they are. I think it would be nice if alliances were just honest about some of the battles rather than using news sources for their propaganda machines. I mean thats what COAD is for. I hope to see a lot more articles William I enjoy reading this stuff, good work dude and don't let the hard asses get to ya!

I couldn't resist using that exchange in the article, it was too funny. It was probably even funnier in context considering CCP Whisper answered a lot of questions before that.
