The Nude Nerd : Recruiting for Star Wars Combine

I assume multiple accounts are frowned upon? As setting up a few extra with multiple browsers would easily fix your pop problem. If thats illegal, I dont mind throwing my name in to help out, I dont think I can commit to a life time of log ins every week (unless of course its 100% browser based and all I have to do is load the page) but I dont mind helping out for a bit.

Life in Low Sec : Discussion #6: 1v1 Honor & Rules

I agree with a lot of your points. I think it mainly comes down to accountability, or lack there of in online games. Personally, I value my word, so if I say I will 1 v 1 you, then I will honor it. However, there is no game mechanic, or magical force that requires me to honor my word, or penalize me should I decide to lie. Couple that with the anonymity that the internet gives us all, and a lot of folks say one thing and do another. Sure over time you do eventually develop a reputation that could eventually come to haunt you, but for most its a small concern as a few unhonored 1 v 1's in the grand scheme of things arent going to 86 you. I do personally remember the days in mmo's were a 1 v 1 would be offered and 9 out of 10 times it would be honored. Lot has changed since then however.
