Pelosi is right, if your definition of "job" is "something you get paid to do". Whenever government "creates jobs" it does so by taking a little money from a large number of people (the taxpayers) to give a lot of money to a small number of people (the 'newly employed'). Pelosi has realized that what the small number of people are paid to do is a trivial detail; it may as well be standing in line.
