When got stuck?...in the silver Apple? Try reset (HOME/SLEEP-ON) and RESTORE again with iTunes. My iPhone 3G get stuck in the Apple Logo (my iPhone 3G is legally unlocked), then I turn off, and connect to the iTunes pressing HOME. iTunes mount it and I restore again.
