Okay Brian, do take this as a compliment.
In the past I didn't always like everything that you did :-/ But I absolutely loved the Urban Oasis and I really do love everything you've shown us so far down to the wall colors. I really like the wall mural of the surfers, the iron and glass tables, the couches, kitchen stools. You and your team are doing a great job and Thank you for letting us see the whole process.

I can't wait to have a party to get to know the neighbors and use that wonderful outdoor kitchen with that huge table to hold all the buffet goodies....just dreaming.

Okay before I reply I have to say that this house and all of the items used are wonderful...This is better than the Dream home and the Smart home in my opinion... You have truly outdone yourselves. Great job. I love it all but you asked for one so I would have to say that the picture frames hanging from the pulley's are my favorite. If I win I will be putting my family photos in them done in black and white.😀

Okay this one's really hard as Matt did an awesome job with everything! But you said pick one item from the Master Bathroom so My absolute favorite is the vanity that was made from an old entertainment center...great idea. Second is the ceilings even though you didn't ask😁 I just love the rustic look.

Okay DIY crew you out did yourselves this year because I love everything about this house and I haven't giving you a compliment like that since the house in Mathews, Virginia in 2011. You have mixed old with new just so perfectly...I Love it and this time I wouldn't have to move clear across the country because your in my state, I'm so excited! Like I said just perfect.
But since I have to pick one accessory.... I have to say the suitcase entertainment center in the theater room and a close second with the For Sale signs in the family room.

Yes, it's a great shot of the patio and did you notice the silver metal state of Idaho on the backside of the fireplace...I just love it when I'm right 😁

All of the big open windows in the house with the automated shades are one of my favorite things about this house. I just love bright, open and airy feelings in a home.

It looks like it's on the side porch covering the backside of the fireplace. The ground looks to be colored concrete and there's a window or sliding glass door on the right side along with grey siding on each side of the photo.
