The bankers obviously not paid enough! They need to vote for a tremendous salary hike like that given to Selangor ADUN/EXCO/MB!

Only an ungodly sum of money can prevent corruption (according to DAP/PKR logic).

KJ is stating the facts. THe fact is there is racial discrimination in the private sector. Anyone with half a brain can tell you that. Selangor paying themselves huge salaries is akin to non-Malays hiring only from their own community... Both are forms of selective bias.

I think nenek went to sekolah pondok. The issue here is not KJ, it is non bumi firms. Stay on topic. Why does TMI allow such comments that don't contribute to the discussion!?

The non-bumis are flagrant at their hiring bias. That's the fact. Even a poor malay kampong boy can tell you that.

Last time the opposition emphasised the importance of English because it is the language of business. The chinese are learning english, so why need to know mandarin. The chinese in Malaysia speak very bad Mandarin.

In the private sector, racial discrimination is subtle and hidden. That makes it harder to stamp out , but it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

There are many non-Malays who graduate from universities overseas. What garbage are you spewing? Let's be fair and argue honestly. Now the issue is about non-Bumi being discriminatory.

If you expect the government to change the NEP to needs-based policy, do you think the non-Malays in the private sector will change their hiring practices to fulfil the economic needs of employment candidates? Doubtful. They will hire based on who they will serve them best, and in majority cases, they will hire from their own people.

I guess people like you are more impressed when your beloved selangor MB,ADUNS, EXCO agree to pay themselves more than 100% increment in salary! I guess fairness for you is only for the top people, not the common folk (who happen to be majority Malay).
