So we need to either bribe the people in charge to give us more private channel options or bribe them into killing bots more. Either way, if the problem can be solved with a petition, it needs to be humongous. How I wish NCsoft were to deviate from the standard big company Path of Proven and Certified Success; be less Microsoft and more human for once.

Yeah, bots are the suck. I have a cunning plan though, which needs some social experimentation first: 1) Create a private channel, have everyone somehow join it (this is the experimental part) 2) Make a new chat tab for General (optional; just in case you might want to laugh at the spammers later) 3) Success! Spamfree General chat! 4) KICKBAN all bots who try to get into your private channel (if applicable). Now, is it possible to have everyone coordinate so much as to join the same private channel? Are there limitations for the number of people for a p.c.? Would the bot-admins eventually figure it out and try to join the channel as well? Would you need to spam the General chat every now and then to make sure everyone knows what p.c. the rest of the world is in? I don't know, but if we could start a joint effort with the whole rest of the community and defeat kinahspammers without the help of overworked GMs, we'd make gaming history.

Poor noobs. I couldn't imagine how life would be if I couldn't figure out how to install new graphics drivers, but then again, so many people have never found out what the scroll wheel or delete button do.
