I've never said anything about Antonio's supermarket bowling. Nor did I say that Dan was incapable of childish/immature things. I said he wasn't a "chauvinist pig". Big difference. Did you "notice" the quotation marks, denjo?

No, seeing as there've been a few who've tried to impersonate me on the blog, it's not silly of me at all to KNOW that there are those out there using multiple ids.

Dismiss that as you will.

ETA: Regards to Dan's comment...I did LOVE it. Why? Not for the reason you apparently assume. One, it does show that Antonio is capable of control. Mostly, however, I took it as Antonio niggling Dan to get a rise. Antonio's the type. That's a FACT, too.

Just because we're much more vocal in our dislike of that crass fool who won Design Star not on talent but for being "different" - doesn't mean we've FORCED anything on YOU or ANYONE ELSE. It's a blog, where we are ALL FREE to VOICE ourselves whether we agree with one another or NOT. No one's FORCING you to read or participate just like no one is FORCING US to WATCH ANTONIO'S SHOW. There's not a metaphorical gun to your head. THAT is a FACT.

Talk about FORCE though. Let's talk about all the times Antonio fans kept trying to FORCE us to shut up and stop complaining and stop voicing our outrage and displeasure. THAT is a FACT. Two weeks later and we're still furious.

And whenever we say something that YOU take as just a little out of line, boy you are right on that REPORT POST button, aren't you? THAT is a FACT.

Some people WERE offended by Antonio on Sunday and have a RIGHT to complain. Some people are outraged at HGTVs picking someone for being different rather than for their talent and have a RIGHT to complain, to HGTV, to their SPONSORS, and to the FCC if they so choose. PETITIONS aren't illegal nor is asking people to sign them. You don't want to sign it - don't agree with its intent - hey, you're free to ignore, aren't you?

Dan is the one's who's said several times that he and Lonni hoped to do a show or two together. It was a simple request and reminder in the same post. As twit Antonio fans repeat ad nauseum: Don't like, don't watch.

Frankly I don't give a rat's patooty what you think or say. Dan Vickery has more talent in his pinky nail than Antonio has in his entire body. Not only that, Dan's not a vile chauvinist pig. Loved Dan's comment of how Antonio kept wanting to hit on Dan's sister but that he didn't, which shows he CAN control himself {when he wants to}.

Yep, that's right, superb taste, elegance, & sophistication, three things that Dan and Lonni have in spades, and Antonio has not at all.

Your post has the whiff of PaintyKat VaNessaK to it, denjo. Come to think of it, right around the time they stopped posting you popped up on the blog.

I'd love to see you create a functional space for fraternal twin toddlers, boy/girl, and make the masculine/feminine work cohesively and complimentary without cutting a line down the middle of the room.

Bruce, you are WAY behind the times. You need to watch it again and THEN read the interview telling us ALL about what really happened. The whole pergola issue has been discussed to death. We know how HGTV producers edited the show to make certain things appear to look like they were the issue when they most definitely were not.

After that episode aired, Dan gave an interview stating that he'd expected better of HGTV, he was clearly upset at the skewed perspective. Edited for drama, not facts.

Well, VaNessaK, I didn't think it was possible, but you've sunk so low that you're gonna have to look up to see how far beneath contempt you really are.

All I have to say is that I agree with SokkaWillRockYa, wholeheartedly. Distasteful and offensive, his show and your post. No wonder you like Antonio, you share such strong character traits. Just because you've been exposed to nastiness in the workplace doesn't mean it is common place or any less unacceptable. Ugh!
