This is just Schumer rehashing what Elizabeth Warren said: "No one ever made it on their own: NOBODY." She specifically stated this: “You built a factory out there? Good for you. But I want to be clear. You moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for. You hired workers the rest of us paid to educate. You were safe in your factory because of police-forces and fire-forces that the rest of us paid for. You didn’t have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory — and hire someone to protect against this — because of the work the rest of us did.” And her argument is completely baseless. It doesn’t even approach the difficulty of “which came first, the chicken or the egg” That is because we know which came first: THE FACTORY. THEN…and only then, the company that invested in, owns and operates the factory made a PROFIT and paid federal and state taxes. Their employees worked, earned an income and paid federal and state taxes. AND THEN, and ONLY then….. the federal government and state government had the MONEY to pay to build the roads, build the schools to educate the workers and hire the police. The state and federal government didn’t receive the funds to educate the citizenry, build the roads and hire policemen by PRODUCING anything and then selling such products at a profit and taking the risk inherent in such an endeavor. The funds they received are TAKEN. They are in the business of confiscating their funds from the citizenry. Granted, it is written into the Constitution as their right (at least the federal government’s), but the whole idea she posits is completely upside down. They are completely free of and exempt from the risks that businesses take by being part of the Free Market System. The government’s revenue is GUARANTEED. It is in-exhaustible as well and can never even become bankrupt or shut down, because they can print money or issues US bonds to keeps things going. If there is any entity that NEVER made it on it’s own, it is the Federal Government.

Another example of the MSM replacing parents with the Nanny State. Here, Cooper mines around looking for the state to find a solution to a problem that originates with the parent/child relationship. Children like mine who have been taught their self-worth and confidence are less subjected or affected by bullies and themselves never bully. In addition, if a child is bullied, Anderson and all the other statists NEVER mention the parent's role or responsibility because he does not believe the problem has anything to do with the parents of the child. God forbid! Just look closely at that segment and see how he questions the kids and the school teacher and administrators. No parents are involved. That is because they believe parents have no place in their program. They believe the school should address the problem and essentially raise and control the kids. My child was bullied and it had little effect because of two reasons. One, he is a confident and self assured child and two, because I met with the school officials and confronted the child who bullied him. Problem solved. That kid nor his parents no better than to bully my child. But this approached would be poo-poo'ed by Anderson and the statist and their nanny state members.

Radio is all about ratings. I listened to this station for years due to having guys like Levin on. As a conservative, we are pariahs here in Seattle. Loathed and hated, we retreat to talk radio. Savage is gone from 770 and now KVI went to this awful format. Have you listened to it? I do not see how this format will bring ratings. My preset has already been changed. Funny thing, many folks were screaming about the "Fairness Doctrine" coming back and closing down conservative talk radio, but in the end, money talks and the stations themselves will decide what to play. I would be curious to see the rating pre and post this new format. Something tells me they made a mistake. Bye KVI. Nice knowing ya'!
