Bush's big failing was on two issues .... controlling the southern border with Mexico, and making DHS actually work for airports and ports. The WMD thing is another phony ginned up 'scandal' ... Saddam had used two out of three (chemical/biological) and bluffed the world into thinking he had the 3rd (nukes) ... so take your phony WMD scandal and flush that as well. Bush not perfect, but a lot more honorable than the current miscreant in the oval office.

BTW: Nobody posted the fact that GWB also set aside an enormous chunk of Pacific west of Hawaii as the world's largest oceanic reserve ... another story that got 5 seconds from the a$$-wipe media. ... and, for the record, New Orleans had NOTHING to do with Bush ... the facts have ALWAYS been clear that Ray Nagin was negligent as hell re: evacuation and Gov. Kathleen Blanco blocked and delayed the National Guard and Military from entering the state in a rapid and timely matter ... unlike our current president, Bush would not flush the Constitution simply cuz' he felt like it ...

I don't know what your point is. When a man in broad daylight guns down 40+ people with two 9mm handguns, emptying multiple magazines into crowds of people ... the statement "rush to judgement" is about as stupid, naive, misplaced, and useless as it gets. "Rush to judgement" is a phrase reserved for ALLEGATIONS AGAINST PERSONS WHO MAY OR MAY NOT BE GUILTY, which in this case is a preposterous supposition. In this particular case, 'innocent until proven guilty' is quite literally a legal technicality in order to adhere to legal procedure and precendent, but not to be taken seriously. You are also ignorant of the founders intentions, which were to prevent the STATE from imposing PHONY guilty verdicts on the INNOCENT because of simple OPPOSTION TO THE STATE. I was saddened by the death of a fellow San Diegan murdered by this useless piece-of-shiite, married 33 years ... he didn't deserve this.
