I'm an American, so I'm not going to tell Britons what system of ideas they should go with. However, I think the idea of ethnopluralism is the most viable for the US. However, I would still prefer totally sovereign ethnostates, which is why I still consider myself an ethnonationalist.

More importantly, I do not believe that nationalism and ethnopluralism are mutually exclusive. You can have a nationalist identity that isn't rooted in a formal state with borders, but simply a nation rooted in blood.

And to be fair, the BNP didn't collapse due to its ethnonationist policies. I followed the party very closely during its heyday in 2009-2010. Ethnonationalism was helping the party grow. Many people seemed to enjoy the speeches by Arthur Kemp and Jonathon Bowden. What killed the party was Nick Griffin's dishonest and corruption. Pure and simple.

Although I do agree that in the long run, ethnonationalism will not be politically viable when the native British become a minority in their own lands due to low native birthrates and high immigration birth rates.

Zionist or not, Paul Weston does have some really good articles on Gates of Vienna that do not shy away from racial/ethnic issues. Needless to say, I think Paul and you guys are on the same page when it comes to who's really British. And that does contradict the official message of the BFP, but then again, they are trying to win votes, and they are convinced that ethnonationalism is a deterrent to winning elections. I remember when Lee John Barnes first posted that idea on his blog.

Of course they could be right, but I would counter that ethnonationalism has the chance towards being respectable if they remain consistent on who's really ethnically English/Irish/Welsh/Scottish and don't back down when the issue of gurkhas or patriotic minorities are brought up. Having a record clear of Holocaust Denial and Nazism also helps, which is why I think Britain First has a reasonable shot at taking up the ethnonationalist banner that Nick Griffin tossed away.

I live in Iowa and it feel likes this race is about more than Ron Paul and libertarianism, it's about white America's last stand. The fact that Iowa is being demonized over being one of the last of the predominantly white American states is rather telling.

At any rate, I'll do my part to help Ron tomorrow, even if I don't want to sit down and listen to people speak and argue over party platforms. It's only fair, after sitting in the sidelines and watching you guys work towards getting the BNP elected for the last 2 years.

Bravo for coming to this conclusion, Britain First. I hope this fine organization goes beyond political activism (which is a commendable activity of course), and engages in community building; ie bringing the native British people closer together. Rallying around Emma West was the first brave step in that direction. I also think it would be a good idea for Britain First to have cultural activities to help build up British pride and identity.

Like Steven, I can only be there in spirit. But I wish you guys the best of luck in standing up for your kinswoman. If there's any shred of dignity left in the British people, they will wake up and rebel against terrible injustice.

David Duke isn't legally allowed to run for president because of his guilty plea for tax evasion. In the US that automatically disqualifies you.

Roger could certainly enter politics, but imagine what good he could for his people by using his music to promote nationalism?

Green Arrow is right about there being only one true definition of nationalism. If one studies the root of nation, it comes from Latin, meaning "that which is born". The very term has an ethnic/racial connotation, and thus ethnonationalism is technically a tautology.

Unfortunately, I feel the usage of term is necessary, because the very concept of nation has been rewritten in the West to mean a physical State, rather than an organic community/tribe with shared blood memory. Whilst allowing civic and cultural nationalists to hijack the very meaning of nationalism is a victory for them, at the same time, we as a people have allowed the misuse of term nation to go on for a decades. Having to call ourselves ethnonationalist is the only way we can be clear that we represent true historic nationalism.

What are the British waiting for? Form ethnic communities of your own to resist this onslaught. Whites are nothing more than cattle when they are isolated, easy pickings. United, they can form a mighty buffalo herd, able to drive off any attacking predators.
