Stating that our judicial system is tyranny over liberty is BVPs opinion, not a fact. Terry sent him off to keep him busy and continue to embarass the republicans and he is doing a great job.

The way I understand this is that the city has to build a new animal control center (it is still in it's temporary spot) and Kirkwood is quite willing to negotiate a merger. The CVHS does not want to merge or join alliance with the city, they just want their $60,000 a year in service fee from the county. The Kirkwood option seems very viable to me and obviously to the Public Health Department. But a county supervisor publicly disagrees so in limbo we will stay.

Good point, Todd. Not to mention that as long as they fill the stadium they can get all rightous with a bunch of new unenforceable tailgating rules, but if the crowd really dies down, I'm sure you will see them back down.
