David, this is truly an eye-opening book and I have learned a tremendous amount. This is going to transform my entire business model. I am more on the technical side. As a service I will be the person that sets up all the technical pieces of social media, i.e. twitter, facebook, wordpress, wordpress mu, buddypress, and bbpress just to name a few to ensure an individual or business has the tools to help facilitate a World Wide Rave.
