The police were a lot more harsher than I expected. I thought maybe they would tell of the new rules and things this first weekend, but from what I saw they were writing tickets left and right. I even got a seat-belt ticket 10 seconds after pulling out of the parking lot...

I think these new rules are fair, I just dont want to see any more. Rarely have I ever drank much after the games are over, let alone more than an hour after the game is over. And OWI enforcement, that sounds like a good thing to me. I think these rules are fair and as long as they stop here, I support it. But if we keep adding more and more rules to the tune it gets to like the Ohio State campus on game days (very, very heavy alcohol enforcement, the people there have special "beer tents" set up that have walls on all 4 sides, and you go in there and drink/pour your beer in a plastic cops so the cups do not see you) we are good..
