"This scheduled tweak might not happen"?!!

Ha - where did the voters of Boulder County find these morons?

In the name of "sustainability" they are passing a housing growth control ordinance that covers the entire county. Is this what voters thought they were accomplishing when voting these loons in?

Hey Allwisest – time to put your brain in gear. The realtor is an agent for the seller and owes them their loyalty because that is who pays them. No surprise here.

If the agent has misrepresented then you have a cause of action against him/her.

If you make an offer on a property and think it needs to be inspected, make the sale conditional on an inspection by someone you chose – that way there should be no loyalty to the agent of the seller.

Lets see, just who would have use of paint and paint thinner & then dispose of them in such a way?

Aha - an illegal immigrant doing paint jobs for Boulder County liberal elites who think they are doing them a favor.

Yup - its amazing just how big their back yards are. If they can see it by flying over they need to control it.

“Luckily we have alternatives to replace fossil fuels as well as a myriad of oil-based products, but doing so will require time, effort and investment.”

Yes – and the market will take care of it when it’s needed. The cost of existing fossil based fuels will rise due to shortages and the true pursuit of alternatives will take place because the money will reward the move for financial reasons – not politically correct student driven nonsense.

What do you know - the Regents kept their rational thinking hats on and denied the radical student agenda to disinvest for spurious reasons.

Who knows – Regents may find there are better investments – like wind farms, solar panels, ethanol plants, & electric cars.

Oh wait – the Obama administration has chased these deals and lost a ton of money on them.

A better goal is to invest in those things that actually work – not some upset CU liberal arts student whim.

So Jason, as Harf said “we cannot kill our way out of this war”, “we’re going to have to win the message war” and you said “this war needs to pit civilization against ISIS”.

Sounds like standard journalistic mumbo jumbo. Please clarify the following:

Just what “civilization” is going up against ISIS?

What “message” is going to be conveyed and how will it be conveyed?

At some point we, (the west) will have to get in the face of Islam and demand they make changes to their barbaric belief system. Egypt’s al-Sissi did as much in a speech to clerics from the Islamic university in Cairo. Anwar Sadat tried to move in that direction years ago and make peace with Israel – we know how that ended.

If you want to live in Boulder - pay for it or live elsewhere.

Quit expecting others to bend common sense and economics just because its an outcome you don't like or can't afford.
