You know it's not very probable that the police department is going to find a condom with Thomas's DNA on the inside and the babysitters DNA on the outside, the police department might want to start looking alittle deeper than that, i seriously doubt that Thomas and the babysitter are going to knowingly leave damaging evidence around to be picked up!!

I also agree with Mr Nichols, if they are deported once and caught back in the country again they should be facing life threating issues. The United States is a country belonging to and made up of immigrants, LEGAL IMMIGRANTS, and illegals should not be tolerated, they are bleeding this country dry and it's time our government starts taking care of it's own citizens ( LEGAL CITIZENS!! ) And also, this is not racially motivated response, this is for any illegal no matter where they came from, if you want to be an AMERICAN then immigrate legally, get your green card, LEARN ENGLISH and get a dam job and stop expecting the tax paying citizens of AMERICA to support your lazy a**. Illegal is illegal and i don't care where they come from!! Anything they do in this country is still illegal, get the picture people, if they are in a wreck with a legal citizen of the United States they ought to be at fault, THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY!! They should get no help from our government or politicians until they become a legal citizen. They should check their school out and see how many illegal latino's they have there that have some sort of Mexican flag on their vehicles, or notebooks, etc and thats not counting the ones mom & dad buy with our welfare money to fly above the up-side down US Flag !!
