Your argument is moot on its face; smoking is NOT illegal for underage kids...it is illegal to purchase the cigarettes under a certain age and in some jurisdictions illegal to possess them, but the actually act of smoking the cigarettes is NOT illegal; except in certain public places under granny-state public health statutes...

Marijuana use in CA and Canada is both legal and there are no age requirements attached to possession nor usage...your Nirvana state and country refuting your argument...that will leave a mark on your otherwise vacuous cranium....(look it up)
