Kind of hard who to believe. But from what I gather you (the site owner) actually didn't do any work and just took money from running adverts.
Which really you are entitled to do (as you owned the site) - But did you actually own the content on the site?
If others were putting stuff up and writing stuff, and images were being used taken from other companies (like Sega), can you really try to take the data back?
-As I say I don't know quite who to believe. But if what has been said elsewhere is true, then I don't think you have too much legal ground to stand on (you could probably get the site name/domain back... but not sure about the content...)

I am not a 100% sure what the situation was here. However from what I did see we had some disgruntled members who didn't like the fact there was a link to Seanbajuice.com on the main page? It seems irrelevant if 007cheater as contributed anything recently to the site or not. If he owns the site he is free to do whatever he wants with it IMO. I do agree the link didn't need to be in the news section but its hardly a excuse to destroy the site.
Anyways just my opinion on it. Oh any by the way when you try to go straight to the forums it redirects to www.seanbajuice.comphpbbs. There is no / in there so it gives a bad website.

He did a lot for DC Emulation: Were it not for him and his site, I would have never found out about it.
What has been done to him is very wrong, even evil.
