Whatsup, whether MJ was the children's biological father or not, is nobody's business but his and his family's. In every sense of the word, Michael was their FATHER, and an incredible, loving and protective one , at that. Look at Michael's own biological father, I would hardly call him a father, with MJ and his brothers growing up, having to call him Joseph in between beatings.
