PhredE I did a search of the local jails for this guy and could not find him so he has been transfered to the Tacoma Centre. For him to have attracted ICE attention he would have had to have been arrested for a CRIME on the local level. Once the local charge is resolved the ICE hold remains. This guy is NOT the loving law abiding angel the family (which are illegal also) is trying to make him out to be. A comment by the "family" says if he is deported they will take the children back to mexico also...Hooray don't let the door hit your backside.

I am a legal US citizen with a US Passport. If i am in any other country on this planet without my passport, and without it stamped approved by that country, I would expect to be deported immediately. USA should be no different; otherwise we are not a sovereign nation. If you are in this country, and you are not a citizen, and you do not have a properly visa stamped Passport, you should be deported. USA allowing anything different this is simply allowing an invasion to occur.

Do not bring the Constitution into the argument because this President does not support it! He has said so! Babeduc "those illegals sure made it possible for all of us to have food on the table at a reasonable price" Perhaps you need to rethink that comment when you also consider these facts, they send their pay back to mexico or elsewhere, they receive public assistance, they send their anchors to public schools which overload classrooms denying our children the best education, they feed their anchors at free meals in schools, they take medical care they can't pay for so the taxpayer gets to pay the bill, they increase the burden on the criminal justice system. Factor in these behind the scene costs and we are paying dearly for these parasites to put food on our tables. Also consider that these illegals have not had any medical screening, they relieve themselves on the crops etc., why do you think there are so many recalls of produce that is processed by illegals who have no concept of sanitation.
