Hi I have just moved back to Sligo and I am interested in training for an open water swim next year. Are the training sessions being held in Rosses Point or the Sports Complex and what are the dates/times?. I have never done a proper open water swim before so I guess I want to know if that is ok?? Nollaig at Sligo Yoga has asked us to mention that a new Yoga term begins next Tuesday and is of benefit to cyclists/ triathletes. No there none in town that rent swim specific wetsuits. There a few surf schools that might rent a surf suit and you might buy a cheap surf one for 40euro or so in sun set sail on adelaide st. Hi there, Is there anywhere in or near Sligo that rents tri wetsuits? Or has anyone experience of the shops in Dublin that rent? It will be for the Lough Key Tri on sept 4th. I live abroad and will be coming home for a few days so won't have any gear. Thanks a mill, Sarah.
