First, the bill wasn't passed. Second, I DID read it and it pertains ONLY to the safety and complaints about devices like pacemakers, and breast implants. It can apply to devices people have CHOSEN to have implanted in Altheimer residents in case they wander off. But it has ZERO to do with forcing any device implants on anyone at any time. FYI, I know God and I learned that the marks of the beast in the forehead is to have the same mind and will as the beast. In the hands is to have the same 'works'. Whatever will become the 'visible' display of these facts in any flesh will come AFTER people have already received those marks in spirit and in truth. God's servants will be marked first anyway. Hope you're not confusing Christianity with churchianity. Born again believers, as John stated "cannot sin for His seed remains in them". And ,"whosoever claims His name ought to walk the same walk." Does that shoe fit you?

I read the entire section too and it is definately about the safety and complaints regarding devices like pacemakers, breast implants, and likely the transmitter devices some family members have been implanting in those with Altzheimers for their safety if they wander off. Wish people would have read the original monstrosity Bill that they passed. I did and it was a lot of bad news.

That is not true. If your parents are both citizens and you are born on American soil, say an Army base in Germany, you are not automatically an American citizen. At the age of 18 you are asked which country you want citizenship in. If you choose America, fine, then you're automatically an American citizen from then on. The only thing you cannot do its that you cannot become president. That is specifically excluded. A friend of mine in childhood was born on an American Army base in Germany and that's how it went with him. Chuck never wanted to be president anyway. LOL Just wanted to set that record straight, it's not commonly known and I would not know it if it had not been for Chuck.

It matters where the child was born under certain circumstances. The Constitution states that a child born of a US citizen mother while that mother is overseas acquires automatic US citizenship ONLY if the mother resided in the US for five years beyond her 14th birthday. This means the mother would have to be a minimum of 19 to convey US citizenship to a child born overseas. When obama was born his mother was 18, too young to confer US citizenship on a child born overseas. If it is proven obama was born in Kenya, then this means he is not a US citizen at all.

The "Vattel Doctrine," aka The Law of Nations IS referenced in one of the amendments to the Constitution. This doctrine states that both parents must be citizens of a country before their children are classified natural born. Although dual ctizenship itself is not illegal, it is specifically prohibited as part of the definition of natural born. As far as public documents are concerned, all the public documents examined to-date have been proven to be forgeries. So how you made your conclusion is a complete mystery to me.
