Good points for most points Yaffle, except perhaps the reference to "greed", which is much more due to survival concepts than greed. When the obvious consequences of extreme poverty are an early death in many cases, greed is not really the result, but simple survival odds. When Ted Turner for instance was asked why he wanted to add yet another billion to the 2 billion he had already accumulated, he answered that when growing up he saw poverty first-hand and swore to himself that he would never be poor and vulnerable... and so what is the limit for survival, or the line crossed which becomes greed ?

Dmitri, I fear, that the great colossus, the US of A will be nefarious and true to its character. There will be a nuclear attack on Damascus, perhaps as early as this year and will probably include its neighbors, like Iran. This attack will be based on the fact that those who bet or gamblers feel and think that Russia will not attempt to save its partners, like Iran and Syria and now also Iraq, and to an extent this is probably true. I think, because the consequences are so serious for a nuclear exchange with Russia, Russia certainly doesn't want it unless its against its territory, so the gamble will be the Russians will stand down. The Bankers, of which the Jesuits are foremost will take that gamble rather then give up the lucre of the trillions of paper dollars and various other currencies they print and not only lose but have to make good if they wish to continue printing them. So, beware, this attack is likely right now on the drawing board.
